We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative All-Round Assistant to join Connect Group at our office in Kampenhout. This role is important in providing comprehensive support to our operations across our 2 Belgian offices. You thrive on a diverse work package, and enjoy working with many different stake holders.

Your key responsibilities are:

Reception & admin duties:

  • Answer and manage phone calls for our Belgian offices.
  • Greet and assist visitors at our Kampenhout office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Provide administrative assistance for local facilities, including but not limited to ordering office supplies and beverages.
  • Manage several mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and organization.

Invoicing & planning

  • Handle the invoicing process from A to Z for designated clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist the planning department with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

HR support:

  • Provide general support to the HR department, assisting with administrative tasks related to personnel management & recruitment.
  • Book business trips, coordinating travel logistics and accommodations as needed.

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with invoicing software.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
