"I started in 2001 as a member of the test and repair department. After four years, I became team leader of the department.

In 2011, with the retirement of a colleague, I made the move to Quality as a Supplier Quality Engineer. After several months of training and follow-up, I was able to conduct supplier and internal audits (ISO) and worked closely with our purchasing team and suppliers to achieve a satisfactory quality level of products supplied.

In April 2021, I got the opportunity to join the IT team as a business analyst MES. In this role, I am the link between operations and IT. The experience gained in my previous roles is a great advantage in understanding operations' needs and translating them into specifications for our development team. The challenge of this role is the interaction between different parties and plants to develop a suitable package to increase our efficiency."
