The Manual Soldering and Visual Inspection Operator is responsible for the accurate and precise soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and for performing visual inspections to ensure the assembly meets industry standards. This role involves working with delicate components, hand tools, soldering equipment, and quality inspection techniques to guarantee that products are defect-free and meet customer specifications.

Qualification and Experiences
- Manual Soldering: Solder through-hole and surface-mount components onto PCBs with attention to detail.
- Visual Inspection: Inspect solder joints, component placement, and PCB assembly using magnification tools.
- Quality Control: Inspecting solder joints for defects such as cold joints or misalignments and ensuring that all components are placed according to specifications.
- Documentation: Complete work orders and production logs, and report defects using PC-based software or systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep soldering tools and workspace clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work with production teams to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality assembly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
- Fluent in Dutch and basic knowledge of English.
- Previous experience in soldering and/or visual inspection (electronics manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, circuit diagrams, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of soldering techniques (through-hole and SMD) and related tools.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and IPC standards.
